After looking at the online inventory of vehicles, I saw a really nice 2026 RAV4 but was unsure of its availability and if I even wanted to purchase the car. After sending a request to look at the car, I was swiftly messaged by Bruce in sales. He was extremely friendly and helpful with questions and helped me find the exact model I liked. I came in a few weeks later to look at a similar model. Bruce was extremely kind and proficient with every detail and aspect of purchasing a vehicle. We ended up buying an incoming model and was updated often of when the vehicle was arriving by Bruce. When the car arrived, Bruce continued to provide solid care. He will continue to get sales from my family because of that. We also worked with Luis in the finance department, very briefly, but I would love to note that he is extremely friendly as well and helped easily explain information.
