Today I worked with Bruce Lee to purchase my new to me 2023 Toyota Highlander and it was a phenomenal experience!! I was there for approximately 3 hours where I test drove the car, got my trade in valued and taken care of, sent Bruce Lee back a couple times to get numbers where I wanted them, got the new vehicle filled with gas and detailed, and then finished in the finance office. I couldn’t be more pleased!!

Had an easy car buying experience and salesman were very nice. Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is I bought a new 2027 corolla and there was white paint specks on my front windshield and already some chips and scratches which is frustrating that weren’t disclosed.

We’ve bought 4 cars from Toyota on Nicholasville. We bought a brand new Camry in April, and it went into the shop in June and stayed there for 95. Blake, Stephanie, Jonathan, Ryan, and Luis were amazing while helping us find a resolution. We bought a brand new Camry again in September of 2026, with our old one fully paid off. I cannot recommend this team enough, but Blake truly saved the day because of how we were treated by another general sales manager. If you ever have any issues, contact Blake.

Tyler was personable and great to work with, I previously changed my initial review lower as I would have liked to use TFS financing, changing it back after I was called back about my concern with financing and I was informed I could not use TFS with the TMMK vsp discount. FYI if you use TMMK discount check in financing options 1st.
