We had a great buying experience with Kevin, but that’s not why they get 5 stars. Our van had a minor service issue come up after purchase, and we thought it was something they had checked or resolved. Even though we had nothing in writing, and it was sold as is, they went out of their way to help make it right. There will always be misunderstanding in life, but I’d 1000% rather work with a team trying to do the RIGHT thing. Also, I can’t say enough about the manager Stephanie who jumped in and became the point person for our issue. She made took charge and got things done, and communicated constantly…A+ work.

My husband and I worked with Malik on trading in my car for a van. We are from out of town and thought the process may be complicated, especially since the van was still being made and not yet on the lot. Malik made this process so easy. He was able to make us a good offer on our current vehicle and stayed in contact with us throughout the month leading up to our van being on the dealership. I had a great experience at Toyota on Nicholasville. Ian, our salesperson. was very helpful and professional. He is experienced and knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. He made the entire process easy. Ian responded immediately and thoroughly to my questions and I never felt pressured. We negotiated before making the drive (75min) and it couldn’t have been more smooth. Other dealers insisted we come in first, something we didn’t want to do due to our time constraints. Buying a car is stressful. T.O.N. had a great selection and made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. I also felt their website was more user-friendly than others. We could easily access the CARFAX and the photos were much clearer and more detailed than other sites. Those things might not matter to some, but the professionalism certainly made us feel more comfortable in our choice to make the drive and to purchase there.
