A big thanks to Toyota on Nicholasville and all of their staff. If I had to sum up our experience in just a few words, I would say "excellent communication" and "unbelievable customer service." My wife and I just received our new car and they made the experience incredibly easy to navigate. We were helped by Brian Banks and Bruce Lee Thompson. Brian and Bruce walked us through the entire process and anytime I had a question, no matter how small, they were very easy to get ahold of and were always quick to respond. We live a couple of hours away, but they handled everything from locating the exact car we were looking for to having it delivered on a Saturday. There was no point in the process where I felt overwhelmed or out of the loop. We also spoke to the GM Blake and Matt in the financing division who were both very professional and ensured that we were getting exactly what we wanted. If you are looking for a Toyota, then I would highly recommend going through Toyota on Nicholasville as my wife and I don't have enough good things to say about our experience.
